論味覺的香料層次,比咖哩飯更精緻;論湯汁的濃厚度,又比藥膳湯鍋更綿密。原來湯咖哩是藥膳和香料迸出的新滋味,一種濃郁的香料湯醬,可以淋在飯上,也可以直接單喝。

1 • 湯咖哩スープカレー

簡單的說,湯咖哩有點像是咖哩飯的湯量化,使用較多的水熬煮咖哩,並加上許多不同食材、香料搭配熬湯,讓湯汁本身除了咖哩香氣,還有海鮮或大骨等濃郁基底。

食用方式因人而異,可以以湯泡飯、飯泡湯,也可以純喝湯、料配飯,一種料理十種吃法,不只美味,更增添些趣味。


2 • 食記 My meal

這道料理一上桌,我內心嚇了一個小波濤,好~大~碗~

所有食材共同乘載在這個大碗公,有山間小物、有野生叢林,還有陸上動物,咖啡色的海浪是所有香味的匯集,我任它們游向我的口中。

以我是專業湯控而言,這個湯,很可以!!!

看起來濃稠的黏膩,其實不會,用蝦熬出來的湯頭喝出濃郁、細緻,鹹度辣度刺激度剛剛好,好喝的程度卻像爆炸一樣,從味蕾一路蔓延到喉嚨底部,真的會喝個精光!!


紅豆糙米飯,粒粒分明,糙米香氣、脆度都讓我捨不得放下,一場湯和飯的爭鬥,著實令我眼口撩亂。

不過,你沒想到的是,這家店賣的湯咖哩,竟然以”漢堡肉”得名。

多汁! 我咬下肉的第一口,就是百感相交的湯汁迎來,是肉裡飽足的霸氣,也是咖哩香料的調和,完全無違和。我很驚訝湯和肉明明都是重口味的戲,卻彼此相得益彰,讓口味層次更豐富。這道漢堡肉是本店招牌,我給滿分。


3 • 點餐 Steps

通常湯咖哩店家都有主食肉品可以選擇,就像台灣的火鍋店,你會先選好主鍋的肉品。再來是這家店比較特別的地方,你可以選擇湯底、咖哩辣度、飯量以及店家贈送的蔬菜。

1 選湯品 口味有蝦子或雞肉,如果需要海老燻製(店家特製),加購價¥100

2 選辣度 「零月」是小孩也能吃的零辣度、「一番」是微微辣、「二番」小辣、「三番」中辣⋯以此類推後面還有地獄辣、天堂辣,吃辣高手歡迎挑戰哦。

3 選飯量 上段提及紅豆糙米飯是「小盛」,白飯是「中盛」。

4 選蔬菜 免費蔬菜任選一樣:花椰菜 牛蒡 酪梨 番茄 秋葵 蓮藕 馬鈴薯 木耳 山藥 高麗菜 溏心蛋半顆 炸洋蔥
