你聽說過美麗灣事件嗎? 在卑南鄉的杉原海岸大肆興建美麗灣渡假村，因環評程序違法，台東縣政府卻堅持開發而遭到各界爭議不斷。美麗灣的美麗，就在新蘭漁港附近。
新蘭漁港是台東都蘭唯一的小漁港，漁船作業不多、遊客稀少，平時最多在地釣客，近年來民宿咖啡風氣盛行，你能在這裡享受半天偷閒的時光，也許仰望偌大的天，也許傾訴遼闊的太平洋，運氣好時還能看到綠島和蘭嶼。

這個小漁港有兩家複合式咖啡廳，下午短暫歇憩或者徹夜星空不離，都是依偎大海的親暱。

我們常來這家咖啡廳，只要有帶上長輩就會來報到，爸爸可以去港口釣魚，媽媽在咖啡廳裡滑平板看韓劇，孩子們玩狗追浪。
星浪咖啡的經營者是一對兄妹，土生土在的都蘭人，回歸家鄉，熱情招待每一位喜愛大海的旅人。
2樓開放式用餐空間好適合拍電影，男女主角在天台談情、閨蜜們在頂樓花圃哭訴失戀…
但現在，你可能一個人環島，或者兩個人練習浪漫、幾個朋友漫天胡說… 總之，很愜意。

那界咖啡廳在二樓，天台上的風景能看得更遠更漂亮，民宿則在另一側，能完全面向海洋，早上叫醒人的不是鬧鐘，是海上那道光!
釣魚碼頭、悠閒時光
喝完咖啡，還能如何更盡性享受這個靜謐的小漁港呢？
新蘭漁港屬於私房秘境的名單，鮮少人知，在這裡除了喝咖啡聊是非、看海看天流口水，如果你喜歡釣魚，推薦你帶上一組簡單的釣具，走到燈塔下方，三三倆倆的釣客們共同目標，熙熙攘攘的生活負擔一次拋逐。
❝ 新蘭漁港入口處不明顯，需要仔細注意才會發現，車子彎進去巷弄中，感覺像是進入另一個世界。老伯伯坐在岸邊悠閒發呆的場景，是我們都市孩子無法體會的。 喜歡這種寧靜、簡單、放鬆的步調，坐在礁石上，聽著海浪拍打的聲音，海風輕佛著，彷彿世界只剩自己，感覺好放鬆。❞

新蘭漁港的溫暖不只拉緊旅人，更靠攏許多浪浪。
在星浪咖啡與親切的老闆娘聊起阿福，她是一隻黑色、血統混些高山犬的少女心狗兒，一年多前，阿福自己走進這個世外桃源，老闆娘相信流浪狗之間會互相打聽哪裡是好窩，然後跋山涉水前往、靠岸。
❝ 到了我們家之後，她就不走了，在這裡吃飯，跟其他浪浪玩耍、戲水、生活，誰也看不出來她的命運多舛，她經歷的一切，很少人能承受…❞

其實阿福剛靠岸的時候，老闆娘帶她去掃描晶片，才赫然發現她是有主人的，循線找到晶片人，原來是浪媽，就是專門照顧流浪狗，致力協助浪浪找到一個家，不過浪媽說這隻狗已經轉手交給一位友人豢養，不想竟走失?
走失? 後來他們一夥人千里迢迢來到前東家相認，沒想到對方竟然翻臉不認狗，可是當下阿福看到前主人是激動的，她認得他，而事實是，他拋棄她。
此後一年阿福食不下嚥，原本以為是太憂鬱導致，沒想到一次意外發現，阿福的肛門在流血，仔細一看，那是一支釣魚用的魚鉤⋯一支魚鉤穿腸剖肚，就像，一段回憶肝腸寸斷。
每一隻流浪動物都有自己的血淚故事，下次到訪，不妨聽聽牠們的故事，摸摸牠們、抱抱牠們，對牠們而言那是愛的語言，難能可貴。

每年，我們家都會安排一趟台東發呆之旅，到了山裡雲裡，仰望大天、俯視大海。新蘭漁港是我們無意間發現的小漁港，與其說漁港，我覺得比較像是60年代的台灣漁村，充滿人情味的樣子。
觀光客不多，畢竟能發現這條小巷子的人真的不多，過了美麗灣飯店沒多久，毫不起眼的幾棟白色建築物之間，彎進來，突然能體會陶淵明的世外桃源，入口處總是小小的，需要不經意的，才有豁然開朗之感。
然後，漁船兩三，浪浪相伴，明日高懸，拾獲汪洋，偷得浮生半日閒。
